作为xx集团子公司的xx公司，财务部是柯莱公司的关键部门之一，对内财务管理水平的要求应不断提升，对外要应对税务、审计及财政等机关的各项检查、掌握税收政策及合理应用。在这一年里全体财务部员工任劳任怨、齐心协力把各项工作都扛下来了。财务部的综合工作本事相比20__年又迈进了一步。回顾即将过去的这一年，在公司领导及部门经理的正确领导下，我们的工作着重于公司的经营方针、宗旨和效益目标上，紧紧围绕重点展开工作，紧跟公司各项工作部署。在核算、管理方面做了应尽的职责。为了评价经验，发扬成绩，克服不足，现将20__年的工作做如下简要回顾和评价。
今年的工作能够分以下三个方面：
一、费用成本方面的管理

2、在原先的基础上细划了成本费用的管理，加强了运输费用的项目管理，分门别类的计算每辆车实际消耗的费用项目，真实反映每一辆车当期的运输成本。为运输车辆的绩效管理供给参考依据。
二、会计基础工作
（1）认真执行《会计法》，进一步对财务人员加强财务基础工作的指导，规范记账凭证的编制，严格对原始凭证的合理性进行审核，强化会计档案的管理等。对所有成本费用按部门、项目进行归集分类，月底将共同费用进行分摊结转体现部门效益。
（2）国家财政部门对柯莱公司的财务等级评定还是第一次。我们在无任何前期准备的前提下，突然理解检查，但长宁区财政局还是对柯莱公司财务基础管理工作给予了肯定。给柯莱公司的财务等级分数也是评定组有史以来，评给最高分的一家公司。
（3）按规定时间编制本公司及集团公司需要的各种类型的财务报表，及时申报各项税金。在集团公司的年中审计、年终预审及财政税务的检查中，配合相关人员工作。
三、财务核算与管理工作
（1）按公司要求对分公司以及营业点的收入、成本进行监督、审核，制定相应的财务制度。统一核算口径，日常工作中，及时沟通、密切联系并注意对他们的工作提出些指导性的意见，与各分公司、营业点的核算部门建立了良好的合作关系。
（2）正确计算营业税款及个人所得税，及时、足额地缴纳税款，配合税务部门使用新的税收申报软件，及时发现违背税务法规的问题并予以改正，坚持与税务部门的沟通与联系，取得他们的支持与指导。
（3）在紧张的工作之余，加强团队建设，打造一个业务全面，工作热情高涨的团队。作为一个管理者，对下属充分做到“察人之长、用人之长、聚人之长、展人之长”，充分发挥他们的主观能动性及工作进取性。提高团队的整体素质，树立起开拓创新、务实高效的部门新形象。
（4）作为基层管理者，我充分认识到自我既是一个管理者，更是一个执行者。要想带好一个团队，除了熟悉业务外，还需要负责具体的工作及业务，首先要以身作则，这样才能保证在人员偏紧的情景下，大家都能够主动承担工作。
