1、到了那里我认识了所有的的领导和各个施工队的人员，我和他们进取的接触，经过他们我了解了这个工程的大体概况以及各个项目的的情景，我明白了这些项目的具体施工步骤。
2、经过我每一天下工地的努力，我了解了在工程施工中应当注意的事项(比如配筋、浇筑混凝土等注意事项)，明白了如何保证施工顺利的进行，如何的能够节省材料等等
3、由于平时帮忙做些资料，我熟悉了资料员的大体工作程序，工作资料以及培养了仔细认真的工作态度。同时我也接触了预算和结算等方面的知识，我会努力争取能够独立处理这些问题。
4、在工地上我不仅仅学到了土建的知识我还经过现场观察、操作对于室内装饰、水电安装等方面的知识也有了必须的了解
5、由于原先做过测量，来到那里我能顺利的操作水准仪和全站仪等仪器，能够独立的为施工队伍算工程量等等。
6、其他方面，来到九寨工地我认识了很多朋友和同事，闲暇之余我就会向他们请教一些和工作相关的知识，虽然有的时候不能得到满意的答案，可是我觉得和他们相处很愉快，如果他们有需要我会尽力帮忙他们。
7、在工作中我也存在着许多不足之处，比如有时候后不够主动，由于刚接触这个工程对于一些细节方面处理的也不是很完善，我相信以后我必须会努力做到更好
虽然仅有短短的三个月，但学到了很多，感悟了很多，以及对自身一些不足的地方得到了改善与提升，我相信理论加实践必须会让我走向成功，同时增进了对公司文化的更深了解，看到公司的发展，我深深地感到骄傲和自豪，也更加迫切的期望以一名正式员工的身份为公司做贡献。

在这次的试用期当中，我学习到了学校课本上所学不到的东西，今后我将更加加强自身实践性的学习，尽快让自我成长起来，独当一面地去为单位坐出应有的贡献。
感激公司给我供给这个平台，让我能更好的发挥自我的潜能，在将来的时间里我必须恪尽职守、努力学习新知识，更好的配合领导的管理。
进入公司的三个月时间里，在领导和同事们的悉心关怀和指导协助下，使我在较短的时间内适应了公司的工作环境，也熟悉了公司的'工作流程，此刻基本能完成各项分配到的工作；同时让我充分感受到了领导们海纳百川的胸襟，体会到了同事的团结向上，和睦的大家庭感觉。这段时间是我人生中弥足珍贵的经历，也给我留下了精彩而完美的回忆。
工作和生活中，我一向严格要求自我，遵守公司的各项规章制度。尽心尽力，履行自我的工作职责，认真及时做好领导布置的每一项任务。当然我在工作中还存在必须的问题和不足，比如：对业务不太熟悉，处理问题不能得心应手，工作经验方面有待提高；对相关知识情景了解的还不够详细和充实，掌握的技术手段还不够多；需要继续学习以提高自我的知识水平和业务本事，加强分析和解决实际问题的本事；同时团队协作本事也需要进一步增强等。
