now,i’ll tell you the story about her.one day ,in the afternoon,helen and mrs sullivan had a dispute of the word “cup”and “water”.mrs sullivan wanted helen to know “cup”is”cup”,”water”is”water”.but helen couldn't understand the difference between”cup”and “water”.she thought”water”could be “cup”and”cup”could be “water”.mrs sullivan had not ideas ,so she let helen praciece the word “doll”and touch the doll with helen’s fingers. helen was angry and bored,she threw the doll to the ground.then ,mrs sullivan and helen went out to play.when mrs sullivan washed helen’s hands,the water was flowing on helen’s hands.mrs sullivan wrote the word ‘water’on helen’s hand.she wrote many times,helen knew the water was flowing on her hands and understood the meaning of the word”water”suddenly.in the same way,helen learnd many many new words.finaly she became a great writer.

上午好!
本周有一件令人值得期待的事情,那就是期中考试之后的秋游;本周也有一件令人压力山大的事情,那就是秋游前的期中考试。想必同学们现在的心思都在期中考试上,我们都希望考一个满意的成绩,在此谈四点与考试相关的心理调整与技巧。
第一,要理解考试考核的是综合素质。
有时候,我们会听到有的同学说如果不是粗心看错题目,那么我就能多考10分了;也会有同学这样想,如果考试的时候不那么紧张,那么我肯定能再考得好一些;如果这次考试不生病,那么我就不会考这么糟糕了。对于不理想的考试结果,我们会有很多的假如。但是,时间不会倒流,生活不会重新演绎。我们要明白,考试考核的是综合素质,包括你的学习成果、心理素质、身体素质,也包括你平时学习是粗心大意还是细心谨慎。所以,不要说某次考试发挥失常或超常,考出来的那个成绩就是你的真实水平,是你综合素质的体现。
第二,要习惯于迎接未知的挑战。
当我们走进教室的时候,我们也许会想:我还有一些知识没有复习,会不会对我的考试不利。如果你有这样的担忧,那也不用着急,因为这是绝大多数人都会有的正常想法。你可以回想一下,有哪次考试,你是完全复习好后去参加的?(停顿)或许小学里会有,但是到了中学里就不会再有了。人生会有很多的挑战,比如考试、恋爱、求职等等,我们几乎不会有哪一次是完全准备好了才去迎接挑战的。我们要适应一种状态,那就是习惯于面对未知的困难,并且在克服困难的过程中历练自己。
第三,要懂得换位思考来调节情绪和思路。
教室中,我们需要的是冷静思考,从容答题。如果遇到容易的题目就沾沾自喜,得意忘形,或者遇到难题就如临大敌,战战兢兢,都不是理想的考试心态。进入教室,我们要有意识地使用换位思考的方式来调节情绪。你容易,别人也容易,你难,别人也难。在容易的题目上掉以轻心,或是在难题面前止步不前都是心理不成熟的表现。在此,提醒一下,看上去容易的题目就真的容易吗?如果你平时学习注意总结,那么你会发现出卷老师喜欢在某些知识点或是某些题型上下圈套。有的题目看上去容易,实际上就是一个美丽的陷阱,等着你往里栽跟头。
换位思考不仅可以用来调节情绪,还可以用来调节思路。在遇到难题时,你可以试着去思考如果我是出卷老师,我想要考学生什么?也可以思考,如果我是出卷老师,我会在这个题目上设置一个什么样的陷阱?
最后,要正确地认识自己的水平,不要把期望值定得太高。
当我们临近考试或是踏进教室的时候,我们要理性地认识自己的实力。如果你是学霸级选手,准备考清华北大,那么请你把卷子上的每个题目都做出来,并且做对;如果你是普通选手,南师大的级别就满足了,那么请你绕开那个变态的题目,踏踏实实地把时间花在自己能力范围的题目上。要记住,进入教室后的,我们目标不是把每个题目都做出来,而是把会做的都做对以赢得分数。
现在,临时抱佛脚既能够恶补平时漏掉的知识,也能够给自己一个心理安慰。所以请同学们抓紧时间复习,用良好的状态迎接考试。

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began tonarrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL andMatlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. Itis now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilleda sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. Thiswas my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a mercial product.
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory andexperience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program.
