报名须知
欢迎使用天津市人才考评中心网上报名系统。为方便您报名参加职称外语等级考试，减少往返次数，提高报名信息准确程度，我们开通网上报名系统及网上交费系统。缴费确认后（此款缴入国库），不办理退费，请您谨慎缴费。
特别提醒：今年此考试不设补报名，请考生相互转告。
请认真阅读以下信息：
一、您目前进入的是20__年度职称外语等级考试网上报名及网上交费系统（银联系统支持的银行卡个人网上银行服务）。
本系统只支持在天津市参加考试的人员报名使用，不为天津市以外其他省市的考生提供报名服务。
二、考试时间：20__年3月29日。
三、报名时间：20__年11月10日9：00开始至11月29日16：00结束。考生必须在16：00之前登录报名系统上网缴纳考试费(考务费和报名费)，否则报名无效。
四、下载打印准考证时间：20__年3月26日9：00开始至3月28日16：00结束。
五、使用本系统报名应具备下列条件：
1、将照片通过相关设备（如扫描仪）转为电子文件，并保存在软盘、U盘或计算机硬盘等介质内，以备网上报名时上传（非首次报名即老考生除外）。
考试全部科目合格后，市人才考评中心将采用考生报名时上传的电子版照片，统一冲印，用于制作合格证书。考生在上传照片时，应注意以下几点：
（1）使用近期一寸半免冠彩色证件照（为保障证书严肃，请勿使用普通生活照片截裁）；
（2）上传照片文件应为.JPG或.JPEG格式，200*160像素，大小在10K-40K之间。
2、具备上网条件并具备激光或喷墨打印机，以备下载打印申报表、准考证和领书单。
3、持有银联系统支持的银行卡，没有开通银行卡网上支付功能的人员可到相关银行办理，卡内有足够支付考试费(考务费和报名费)和教材费（注：考评中心负责网上预定教材时注明）的金额。
六、注意事项：
1、考生网上报名时，须仔细阅读网上报名流程、报考条件和考试科目、《专业技术人员资格考试违纪违规行为处理规定》（人力资源和社会保障部第12号部令），如实填写《考试申报表》。
2、上传的照片必须是本人近期照片，如果不能清晰辨认考生容貌或照片与本人相貌不符的'，将不能参加考试。
3、如果网上支付费用完毕，但未返回交费成功确认信息，请先查询交费结果，同时查询银行卡余额。如未扣款，可重新进行网上支付；如已扣款，请于次日再上网查询交费结果，如还显示未缴费请在当日内（上午9:00-11:30，下午1:30-4:30）打印出网上银行电子回单到市人才考评中心查询，否则不能参加考试,后果自负。
4、考生如需开具报名费、考务费发票，请于日至12月23日（上午9:00—11:30，下午1:30—4:30）持下载打印的《考试申报表》和考生本人身份证到天津市人才考评中心领取，过期不再办理。
5、为确保您的银行卡及个人信息安全，特别提醒考生注意，尽量不要到网吧等公共场所进行网上报名和网上缴费。
