Management is a burgeoning field inChina, so I hope I can acquire more modern knowledge on management inEngland.
The roots of my strong interest in business can be traced back to mychildhood. My father was among the first of China’s new breed of modernentrepreneurs. As a young girl, it was inspirational hearing about his businessventures, and meeting the varied and interesting circle of entrepreneurs. Mymother was also involved in business as an accountant, helping him with simplecalculations. And so it was early in my life that I hoped I, also, would somedaybe able to enter the realm of business.
With the time of growing up, I preferred reading books to satisfy mycuriosity. I never ceased to contemplate over the questions I encountered.Subjects on business and management became a special fascination to me and myknowledge of psychology as well as interest in this field was increasingrapidly.
As a high school student in China, I had to concentrate on the CollegeEntrance Examination (CEE), even so, books not related to the exams were neverexcluded from my life. Unfortunately when sitting in the exam in June, 20x, Iwas so nervous that I didn’t score well in the CEE exam. I enrolled in thedepartment of Computer Science in Zhejiang College of Traditional ChineseMedicine. Any attempt to persuade myself to focus on my major turned out to be afailure at the beginning of my college life. After several terms, I realizedthat I would never be interested in being a programmer or an engineer. At thatmoment, I lost my direction and objectives.
My persistence in reading saved me from the dark situation. As a matter offact, I enjoyed reading the books included Encyclopedia American, and some booksabout management by Peter F.Drucker. I began to notice something interesting:Why some companies can produce more than others? Why some company can sell morethan others? Why some companies can build up but others cannot when facing thesame difficulties?
With the questions in my mind, I started to read many relevant books. I waslucky to read the book “Jack: Straight from the Gut”by Jack Welch, in Which JohnA. Byrne makes a clear illustration that the management is important for acompany. When I was a junior, I ran a bookshop by myself near my school. Ishould manage not only the finance in the shop but also the employees in my shopeven made some strategies to enlarge the business in my shop to hold on the runthe shop. From this, my interpersonal skills and the capacity in business hasbeen greatly developed, definitely I was increasingly interested in what I wasdoing. By December, 20x, I had finally determined to take business managementas my career instead of IT. To accumulate more relevant knowledge, I strived togain more practical work experience in some big companies.
Fortunately, as a senior, I began by conducting an internship in theArchitecture Company in Zhejiang Province. Over six months, I worked as anassistant of the manager to harmonize the relationship between the differentdepartments in this company and to draft some management system, which broadenedmy perspective of management conditions and business performance in differentindustries. The experience showed me that management is much more important thanthat of I thought in big companies. After graduation, I continued my work inthis company. In May, 20x, the company offered me an opportunity to participatein an training program held by a famous management school. Through in-depthdiscussions with teachers and students in the classes, they all encouraged me topursue my future career in management field because of my intellectual abilityand the brand new ideas I mentioned.
During the short period of training, I realized that pursuing a higher degreein management is a wise choice for me now. As long ago as I can remember I have always been fascinated by the naturalworld. That childish fascination has not left me but deepened over the years.This interest has led me to my love of biology, ecology, animal behavior andevolution.
Following my graduation from High School I studied Biological Sciences fortwo years at the Catholic University of Chile in Santiago. From March 20xx toNovember 20xx I was obliged to take a break from my studies at university as myfather was moving from the city to a more remote rural area. While helping myfather I was able to work closely with birds of prey among others and I wassuccessful in breeding the endangered chinchillas. Since coming to Oxford and studying at OLT I have improved my writtenEnglish a great deal. I am a member of The Natural History Museum (London) andrecently attended a course called "The History of Evolution." The course wasorganized by Birkbeck Collegeand took place at the Natural History Museum inLondon each Wednesday. The course has been fascinating and has served to confirmmy suspicion that the more I learn of this subject the more I want to know.
I am hopeful that my previous studies in Santiago, my maturity and myexperience in this field will allow me to enter the second year of anundergraduate programme in the UK. After completing my undergraduate it is mywish to continue studying at postgraduate level and ultimately conduct my ownresearch in this area.
My other academic interests include Paleoanthropology, and the history anddevelopment of science. I am most interested in the writings of Darwin andThomas and Henry Huxley.
I am keen on fitness training, horse riding, trekking and diving. I am mostinterested in all outdoor pursuits. I am also keen to develop my newly foundskills in classical singing and dance.

In my experience andresearch，such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with theemployees losing their innate ability to take the initiative.

一、准备英语考试
英语是一门交流工具，英联邦国家像英国。澳大利亚等，需考雅思(IELTS)。北美国家像美国。加拿大考托福(TOEFL)。如果去美国读研，加考GRE.念MBA,考GMAT.去英联邦国家雅思一项就够了。考英语考试是需要重点准备的，也是招生办最看重的，最信的材料。
二、申请大学
这和申请哪国家相对应，一般最先决定去哪个国家。这涉及到准备何种英语。申请大学与专业。大学申请根据自身条件分几个梯度。好的，与自己现状对称的。保底的三档，一共申请5~6所，然后先择其中一所自己认为比较好的大学，然后先择专业。一般与自己背景一致或相关背景，也有的专业不需背景。如:MBA.MSC.教育学。社会学。亚洲研究等。在英语准备的过程可以和不同学校联系，发邮件，了解清楚后申请大学。英语成绩没出来也可以申请。跟学校说你大概能考多少，学校会给你有条件的录取，当去学校的时候，你把offer与英语成绩一起给招生办就可以了。
三、申请签证
出国留学签证就是在一个人所持的护照或旅行证件上签注（盖章），或贴上一张标签，盖章或标签带有清晰的说明文字，指明持有人进入该国的事由、允许停留的时间、或通过其领土前往其他国家的许可。一个人如果想出国旅行、定居或者留学、结婚等，除了需要持有护照以外，还应该持有相应的签证。护照是持有者的国籍和身份证明，签证则是主权国家准许外国公民或者本国公民出入境或者经过国境的许可证明。签证一般都签注在护照上，也有的签注在代替护照的其他旅行证件上，有的还颁发另纸签证。如美国和加拿大的移民签证是一张A4大的纸张，新加坡对外国人也发一种另纸签证，签证一般来说须与护照同时使用，方有效力。对外国人，一般均是根据申请者的身份和入境目的发给不同的入境签证，如旅游、探亲、移民、留学、工作等签证，并限制入境后的居留时间。因签证种类不同，要求提供的有关材料也不一样。一般对以短期居留为目的的申请限制较少，等待批准的时间也较短。对以长期居留为目的，申请则限制较多，待批的时间也较长。一个国家没有允许外国人无条件入境的义务（有条约者除外），一个外国人也没有要求一国政府允许他入境的权利。一个主权国家对外国人入境永远是有条件限制的。近些年来，随着国际贸易、国际政治关系的发展，旅游业的兴旺，许多国家的签证规定趋于简化。各国之间也有互免签证或简化签证手续的协议。
签证的有效期，是指从签证签发之日起到以后的一段时间内准许入境，超过这一期限，该签证就是无效签证。一般国家发给3个月有效的入境签证，也有的国家发给1个月有效的入境签证。有的国家对签证有效期限制很严，如德国只按申请日期发放签证。过境签证约有效期一般都比较短。
签证的停留期，是指持证人入境该国后准许停留的时间。它与签证有效期的区别，在于签证的有效期是指签证的使用期限，即在规定的时间内持证人可出入或经过该国。如某国的人、出境签证有效期为3个月，停留期为l5天，那么，这个签证从签发日始3个月内无论哪一天都可以入、出该国国境，但是，从入境当日起，到出境当日止，持证人在该国只能停留15天。有的国家签发必须在3个月之内入境，而入境后的`停留期为1个月；有的国家签证入境期限和停留期是一致的。如美国访问签证的有效期和停留期都是3个月，即在3个月内入境方为有效，入境后也只能停留3个月。签证有效期一般为1个月或者3个月；最长的一般为半年或者1年以上，如就业和留学签证；最短的为3天或者7天，如过境签证。
工作签证，是指申请国国籍之外的申请人及外籍人士向申请国使馆申请的，并且是受雇于申请国认证的正规机构。工作签证是可以进入申请国国境之内进行工作的许可证，这是有法律效力的，非移民性质的证件。如果是留学生，毕业后不同的国别申请的工作签证类型也不一样。英国留学生毕业后只能申请三类工作签证：即第二层级签证、第五层级临时工作签证和第一层级（毕业生创业者）签证。
有效次数，签证除了有效期、停留期之外，还规定有效次数。一般分为一次有效签证、两次和多次有效签证等。签证的有效次数是指该签证在有效期内，使用一次就失效。两次有效签证，即在签证有效期内可以使用两次。多次有效签证，即在签证有效期内持照人可以多次出、入其国境。例如澳大利亚、印度的旅游签证有的是在3个月或者6个月内允许多次入出境。有些国家受雇签证也是多次入境有效。当然签发何种签证，有效期限多长，有效次数多少，签证机关是根据入境申请者的具体情况决定的。

没有乘机经历的，可提前到机场二。三小时，问机场工作人员，他们很友好的。
八、找国际办公室
他们帮你安排一切，你可以安心学习了。至于住校外还是校内，和国内的情况一样。校内安全一些，校外方便些。

My interest in Psychology and social science is the motivation for meapplying to study Psychology and Criminology. Psychology is my favourite subjectand I have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the A-Level course.
In addition to Psychology I have also studied Sociology, Photography andFilm Studies. Studying Psychology has given me a more in-depth understanding ofhuman behaviour and interaction, which I can relate into everyday life. StudyingSociology has enhanced my understanding of the society we live in and how itfunctions. These subjects have demanded commitment and time management and haveimproved my comprehension and analytical skills.
Participation in clubs and work placements has enabled me to develop keycharacter attributes. When on work experience at a junior school I was able toadvance my communicative skills, this allowed me to teach children to read andto express themselves using paragraphs and grammar correctly. Whilst working asa Recreation Assistant I have become more confident with working around bothadults and children; I have learnt valuable people and observational skills. Afew years ago I joined St John Cadets where I have learnt first aid skills.Through structured interviews and presentations I was chosen to represent NorthEast Wales to compete for cadet of the year. I am also a black belt in karateand have helped others improve their technique.
I have enjoyed an active role in school life. Whilst at ______ School I wasappointed as Prefect and I was nominated by my peers to act as Form Captain. Asa result I was trusted to voice the beliefs of my peers and hence I havedeveloped key people skills. In addition, I have helped to organise sports day,the harvest festival and school open days.
